The Employer Employment fair
CareerMidEast.com is participating in The Employer’s employment fair and
The Trainer’s Training Exhibition which will be held in the Cairo International
Convention Center from 13th to 15th of June 2008.
The Employer's Employment Fair will be held in a totally new approach that
would hopefully benefit all companies in reaching their goals.
Companies participating in this employment fair will have the privilege of viewing
all CVs of pre-registered candidates beforehand to be able to schedule as many
interviews as they wish during the fair (Private meeting rooms would be available
for all interviews). This will give the companies the ability to screen the CVs
of pre-registered candidates before the employment fair simplifying the process
of filtering. As for candidates who don't get the chance to register before the
employment fair, they would have to pay an entrance fee of 20LE.
This will benefit us in limiting the entrance to a certain caliber and enabling
only those who are seriously searching for a job to be able to enter.
Companies interested in posting their job vacancies on their website prior to the event,
will have the privilege to do so and would be able to view the CVs of all the pre-registered
candidates three weeks before the employment fair in order to filter all applications and set
their interview schedules for the fair.
N.B. Special invitations will be sent to all graduating seniors and alumni's
of private universities through coordinating with the University's administration.
Over and above, the employment booklet (which will be distributed for free during
the event) will be sold in many of our outlets after the employment fair.
This will benefit the companies in receiving a wider pool of CVs even after
the employment fair is over.
