job seekers, which you are interested in. Upon viewing a candidate's resume,
you can add it to your Candidate Folder. The resume is instantly added to any
folder you previously created. If you have still not created folders, you can
use the General folder. From here, you have a choice of what you would like to
do with this candidate.

General
After viewing a candidate's resume and deciding to
add it to your Candidate Folder, you can add it to the General if you have not
created your own folders. You can also use it to add resumes that you are
interested in but do not have a specific vacancy in mind at the current time.
Where do I Find it?
The General folder can be found by going to the My
Candidates section in the navigation bar at the top and bottom of each page.
You can also find this option on your Home page, under the My Candidates
How Does it work?
Once you have viewed a resume that you are
interested in, simply add it to your Candidate folder by clicking on the ‘Add
to Folder’ button. Then select the General folder. At this stage, you can
perform several transactions as sending a candidate an E-Interview (see
E-Interview), scheduling a face-to-face interview (see Interview Schedule),
sending them a message, or keep them in this folder for future reference. These
different options are available to carry out on more than one candidate. For
example, if you want to send several candidates the same message, you can do
this by selecting the candidates you want and clicking on the 'Send Message'
button.
You also have the option of removing candidates from your Candidates Folder.
When Do I Use It?
Once you are interested in a candidate, you should
add them to your Candidate Folder. This will assist you in tracking them and

folders until you remove them. Please note that if the candidate is removed
from the folder, they will remain in the E-Interview folder.

specify a job vacancy in which a general set of questions will be sent.
If you would like to directly send the E-Interview, simply click on the
'Submit' button.
The 'Interview Field' button will display, in a separate window, the fields of
the interview and importance as pertaining to the job field and/or job vacancy.
The number of questions will also be specified. From here, you may view sample
questions by pressing the appropriate button. This will display sample
questions according to field interviews. (These may not be the exact questions
that are sent to the candidate.) Once you have finished reviewing these, simply
close the window. Press the 'Submit' button for the interview to be sent.
The candidate immediately receives an email requesting that s/he takes the

You should send an E-Interview when you feel that a

pre-screening tool.

You may re-schedule the interview, send the candidate(s) another message, or

The candidate immediately receives an email requesting an interview. Once they
