The "Country of Nationality" field denotes the country of which you are a national, whereas the "Country" field indicates the country where you are currently residing.

In the "Career Objective" section, enter a brief description of your career goals at the present time, including the field(s) in which you are interested in working, and the type of job you would like to have. Example: (fresh graduate) I am seeking an entry-level position in the banking field, through which I can gain practical experience toward a career in investment and finance.

Please keep your career objective below 1500 characters long.

In the "Minimum Salary" field, enter your minimum salary requirement in your chosen currency. Enter a 0 if you do not have a preference.When selecting a field for "Field of Interest", make sure to also select the years of experience you have in this field, located next to the field of interest. If you do not select the number of years of experience, a default of 0 will be selected.

Education

When entering your university degrees, if you have more than one, enter the one you earned most recently first. Then choose the "Add Another Degree" option at the bottom of the form and enter your other degree.

When choosing your University name, please make sure that the name is not on the list before choosing "Other" and typing its name in the box. When you are entering the name, please check the spelling carefully.

If your field of study, "Major", is not included in the list provided, please choose "Other" in the list and enter the name of your major.

The "Grade" field should indicate the grade you graduated with from university. If your university followed the numerical system of GPA, enter the number you earned in the box. If your university followed an overall grading system, choose from the "General" field the appropriate overall grade you received upon graduation (excellent, very good, good, or satisfactory)..

Press the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page to move on to the next step of adding your resume, or press the "Add Another Degree" button to add another college degree to your resume.

Employment History

Enter the jobs you have held (including internships and training if you are a recent graduate), beginning with the most recent one. Once you have filled in the details concerning this position, you can click on the "Add Another Employer" button at the bottom of the form and add another job, and so on, until you complete your employment history. Then press the "Continue" button to move on to the next step of adding your resume.

Total Experience:

Include all your years of work experience, or the total number of years you have been working professionally.

Last Employer:

Enter the name of the company or organization in which you were employed.

Job Title:

Select your job title from the list provided. If your job title is not on the list, choose "Other" from the list and enter your job title in the box provided.

Job Type:

Select your preference of the kinds of jobs available: whether you would like a full-time, part-time, internship, or training position. If you have a salary requirement, enter it in the "Salary" field provided, and select a currency from those provided. Remember that this salary is per month, and not yearly.

Field of Employment:

Select the field in which you were employed, or the closest related field.

Date:

Select the dates during which you were employed with this company or organization, including both the month and the year. If you are still currently employed with this company, do not select a month and year for the "To" boxes, just leave them blank.

Job Description:

Enter here a specific description of your accomplishments on the job. Include details of your work and what you added to the company. Be as specific as you can, and make sure you include your individual contributions in order to emphasize your skills and achievements.

Sample Job Description (for a Sales Manager):

Led and supervised a team of 11 sales representatives; Developed, organized, and carried out a sales plan which grossed over one million dollars in new sales revenue within the first 9 months, and double this within the next 6 months

Additional Information

You may use this section to add any other information which you feel is relevant and important for employers to know about you. This includes such information as conferences or workshops you have attended, additional language skills you have not mentioned previously, your favorite pasttimes and personal interests, extracurricular activities you have participated in, articles or other works you have had published, your personal web site, etc.

You can allow our member companies who have been validated (who have been checked and verified as legitimate organizations) to view your contact information by checking the box provided. This will allow these companies to view your contact information on your resume. If you leave this box blank, you will still have the chance to include your contact information when you apply for a job online; as part of the application process, we will ask you if you would like to include your contact information in your application to this employer.

This is the final step of the resume entry process. Once you have pressed the "Finish" button, your resume will be complete and you can view it in three different printable formats.
