The Egyptian market is heavily transforming as an effect of the introduction of
new multinational & Arab companies investing in Egypt & the expansion of the existing Egyptian companies.

online recruitment websites, and recruitment companies. Although these channels were successful

other companies insisted on announcing their vacancies in daily newspapers to reach
larger pool of resources & to add to their corporate image & improve their market positioning as an employer.
The later approach proved to have a significant effect;

"Middle Management Career Day" was fully dedicated for a carefully selected qualified caliber,
however, the 2nd and 3rd days of the fair were opened for all candidates,
